Orca Toys is going to release the 1/7th scale figure rendition of Sugamo Ryo, a character from the ecchi manga series, Tokage no Ou. I’m really not familiar with the manga nor with Orca Toys as a figure manufacturer though I must admit that the prototype images of the figure looks fantastic. Slated December 2013 for ¥9,333.
