Good Day Comrades!
We already saw both reviews of Ironman Mark VI and Warmachine last week. This time, we will take a look at my 3rd HT figure which is the Ironman Mark IV. It is the successor of the Mark III suit from the previous film. It was developed 6 months prior to the events of the 2nd film.
There’s actually no major difference between the Mark IV and the Mark VI suit design when it comes to its overall look (Mark V is an exception here since it is a portable suit). The only noticeable upgrade of the Mark VI from the Mark IV is the triangular shaped arc reactor and some additional weapons. There’s also some minor updates with the Mark VI’s paint job which is not that noticeable unless your really look at both suits and compare.
Whew, that’s it for now guys. Next Hot Toys review will be the Mark V suit. And yeah, Dead Master and Ritsu are also coming real soon so stay tuned for that.

Can I ask, did you use a “GUNDAM marker” for those black lines on the armours? Coz I don’t think it comes with the lines but IT’S BEAUTIFUL.
And are those eraser dust on the model? :x

Hi LaCruzSae! Thanks for dropping by! Nope, didn’t use any gundam markers for the armor. I think it’s already a part of the whole figure when it comes to the detail department. Why? Does your Mark IV don’t have those detail lines on the armor?
Oh, I don’t have one myself, just looking around for Mk VII :)
The black lines seem hand inked from the close up shots, a little outlines here and there. I heard you’re from the Philippines, I’m from Singapore, models here aren’t that affordable, prices here are insane.
Ow, don’t worry, as of now, Kotobukiya already released their own Mark VII figure statue (without articulation). Hot Toys will also be releasing their own Mark VII figure soon! \m/ Though there are still no announcements regarding that particular figure.
Yes sir, I’am from the Philippines :) Yeah, I’ve heard so too :( but I’m not sure if Singapore has some kind of a “tax” whenever you buy figures online (figures online are usually cheaper.) Here in PHI, if you buy let’s say a 100USD figure, the tax on top of that when it lands in customs hands is 50%, so the total price of the figure will be 150USD T_T (yeah it sucks big time!)
