In this photo review, we are going to take a look at the very cute 1/8th scale figure rendition of Alvis E. Hamilton and Lavie Head from the popular “steampunk / dieselpunk” inspired anime masterpiece, Last Exile. Figure was manufactured by the talented guys from Alter. I still consider them as one of the best figure manufacturing companies around. The figure looks great! Sculpt is top notch and the paint job is perfect. I specially love the chair they’re sitting on since you can clearly see that it’s very much inspired by the anime’s theme.

Alvis and Lavie are indeed really cute in this figure rendition. Alter was so spot on it’s like getting them out of the anime itself. Their overall look and outfits were accurately recreated and their facial expressions is just so natural. I specially like Alvis’ innocent smile and Lavie’s somewhat candid expression. Their expressions is just so relaxing to look at I placed them on my desk (under my iMac). They kinda help me lessen my stress while working. I dig this kind of figures and hoping that other figure manufacturers release similar kinds in the future. I’m kinda getting tired with sexy figures already (lols). This figure is a breath of fresh air in my entire collection.
