Hot Toys just announced their upcoming 1/6th scale battle damaged Mark VII figure. If you’re keeping up with Hot Toys, you already know that they also announced the original Mark VII figure late July last year, and yes, it also includes some replaceable battle damaged parts.

This figure though was originally designed to look “battle damaged” with much more detailed emphasis on the damage effects compared to the original Mark VII figure. It also includes an updated head sculpt (which looks great btw) and a new diorama type base to complement the updated figure’s look.

According to HT, this figure is a “movie promo edition” to celebrate Iron Man 3’s movie launch. It is “exclusively” limited that the first 800 units will be open for preorder in Hong Kong only. In our case (collectors outside HK), we will have to wait for further announcements from our respective hobby providers.
