Good Smile Company is going to release the 1/8th scale figure rendition of Karen Araragi from the anime series, Nisemonogatari (偽物語). The figure looks great overall and I really love Karen’s striking yellow color scheme. The base also looks great and I prefer bases like this compared to the standard plastic circular bases.

My only concern about this figure is the “base” shares the same striking color as Karen’s outfit and it somewhat distracts my attention away from Karen. Still, it’s an awesome figure overall.
