Alter is going to release the beautiful 1/8th scale figure rendition of Princess of the Crystal from the anime series, Mawaru Penguindrum (輪るピングドラム). The figure also comes with the 3 little cute penguins! Figure is scheduled to be released May 2013 for ¥11,800.
